This is not a poem
just a memory
I refuse to forget
"Youre getting wet
Here
Take my jacket"
I smoke too much
and thats okay with you
its a nasty habit
that we both share
But im a fanatic
The winds are blowing
papers cups fall
and the rain is fine as snow
I stay under the umbrella
light another stick
"Have some coffee
Youre still getting wet
Here
come closer"
Im terrible with rhymes
I have two left feet
Stick drawings are my expertise
But thats okay with you
We have coffee and cigarettes
