| Are we crazy to take on parenting at our age? I got into this mommyhood thing late in life, in my 40s. My brave (i.e.crazy) husband has already raised four children, and he wants to do it all over again. |

Romy recently turned 5. Although she feels a great sense of pride in her new status as a 5 year old, she has some apprehension about her next birthday. She told me that she doesn't want to turn 6. I asked her why. She said "Because when I'm 6 you'll be 200 and dead."
